The process of extracting coconut fiber only new development in India
Institute of Science and Technology Interdisciplinary countries (NIIST) in India have developed biological extraction process to produce quality coconut fiber.
NIIST is a laboratory of Council of Scientific Research and Industrial (CSIR). Microbiological processes and the relatively clean conversion of biodegradable components in coconut shells to dissolve the compound and eventually transformed into biogas. This process is completed in 01 months, production reached more than 50,000 liters of biogas from coconut shells 1000.
At the end of the extraction process, coco peat is produced and contains no contaminants. Coco peat can be used as an overlay, fostering land and air filter for biological applications. House spokesman said smooth surface of coconut fiber provides much better characteristics for carpet according to test data. This laboratory tested extract biological processes with more than 500 coconut shell at the base and is ready to prove it. Spokesman said: the co-products, biogas and coco peat is harvested and used easily. This process is much better than the process of coconut fiber extracted from fresh coconut in recent times after the decomposition process. This process is done by soaking the coconut shell in lakes, rivers and ponds from 6 months to 1 year. The material of coconut coconut fiber mount much just get together and biodegradable coconut fiber loosened.
