I used to love drinking this water. From the moment this type of water made its appearance, I was drinking it.
I now know after some time of not drinking it, there is no difference to the way I feel when I was drinking it.

The health benefit of coconut water is apparently one of mother nature’s best drinks.
However, if you are drinking lots of it, as it seems Madonna does. You would probably want to have her exercise regimen as well.
Considering its sugar content, you may want to reconsider your exercise plan or start one, if you are consuming a lot of this type of water.
It is just a matter of weighing it all up. And working out if the nutritional value of coconut water is something you want to spend the money on or not.
If you are eating healthy foods and drinking plenty of filtered plain water. You probably don’t need to buy coconut water in the first place.

I am thankful, as I am growing older, I am a lot wiser and not so gullible.
Rather than wasting my money on this type of water.
I eat lots of healthy foods, drink plenty of water, and use natural oils on my skin likerose hip oil.
Therefore, I find there is no need for drinking coconut water.

Many brands of coconut water are pasteurized. This means heated up to a very high temperature to kill bacteria and extend shelf life.
Surely, the nutritional value of coconut water is gone after this process.
We are all looking for a magic fix, for that wonderful something to help us look younger and be healthier.
Companies selling coconut water will certainly give you the illusion it is something bigger and greater than it actually is.
Like many, I would like to believe drinking this water can do all the amazing things claimed it can do. Life would certainly be easier if I could just get healthier, slimmerand look amazing, drinking something from a bottle or can?
