Young Coconut Water Concentrate is 100% natural or chemical free, with 70 brix and has medium viscosity. It has exotic and authentic coco-fruity sweetness with orange to slight brown color. Young Coconut Water Concentrate is made of freshly harvested naturally sweet water from very young coconut fruit (* and not made of sweet-less coconut water from matured coconut that harvested during copra or desiccated coconut production *) that concentrated under evaporation process until become viscous. There is no added sugar, no preservatives, no anti-fermentation agent, no artificial flavoring or coloring. Since Young Coconut Water Concentrate is already sweet, just only add water and stir to make 100% natural coconut water drink, adding sugar or sweetener is not necessary. However it’s for customer’s choice in adding sugar especially for higher percentage of water dilution. Coconut Juice Concentrate has 1.5 year shelf life stored in clean and dry place at room temperature. It is recommended to refrigerate once the bottle opened.

Usage
To make 100% natural and highly nutritious coconut water drinks, just rehydrates or add water. Dilution ration ratio as follows;
1. No added sugar: 1 part of young coconut juice concentrate to about 10 part of water more or less
2. With added sugar: 1 part of Young Coconut Water Concentrate to about 20 part of water more or less. This product is good for large commercial production of healthy coconut water juice and also for restaurant, parties and for personal use at home.
3. Young Coconut Water Concentrate can also use as sweetener for other type of juices, natural sweetener for coffee, fruit salad, vegetable salad, add to your cereal, pancakes and many more.
