Aim to establish the function as the focal point for producers of small business on the output of the product in order to boost production capacity , research and create more diverse products , contribute to solving many jobs for local workers , especially women workers . Currently based cooperative transaction and 3 factories in Ward 8 , the city of Ben Tre , Ben Tre Province . Regular workers in the factory and management department has 32 people , mostly female ( 25 ) workers in the households of 200 members .
