Coco peat can be a source of energy
In many experiments were carried out from the research and development of the Index Committee at Indian coir said electrical energy can be generated from the coco peat - a waste produced from the production process traditional export coconut fiber. Coco peat is also used to fill low-lying alluvial land in the country. Currently, the Commission is planning to build a power project development from first coco peat in the country. According to the Chairman of the Commission Only coir, a factory in Mumbai recently agreed to build a power plant of 10-MW coco peat. To further increase the raw material for the power plant only Coir Commission will launch programs to get coconut shells according to the scientific method.
